Doloc Town Brewing Cask Guide – How to Make Beer & Wine
Brewing Cask recipe and unlock in Doloc Town, the full beer and wine list (Hop, Grape, Agave, Eden Fruit, Rice), ferment times and the Aging Rack.
The Brewing Cask is the fermentation workstation: put one specific crop in, wait, and get a drinkable beverage. It costs 30 Wood, 2 Copper Ingot and 2 Resin at the Equipment Workbench, and unlocks at Fermentation Technology in the Life tech tree.
Every beverage has an Aged version made with the Aging Rack. All times recorded in the research are in-game hours from published guides and are not confirmed against real-time conversion.
Brewing Cask Recipe and Unlock
| Item | Materials | Workstation | Unlock |
|---|---|---|---|
| Brewing Cask | 30 Wood, 2 Copper Ingot, 2 Resin | Equipment Workbench | Fermentation Technology (Life tree, 2 Tool Operation + 1 Field Study) |
| Big / Large Brewing Cask | 25 Rockwood, 2 Steel Ingot, 5 Plastic | Equipment Workbench | Large-Scale Fermentation (Life tree, 5 Tool Operation + 1 Field Study) |
The research does not confirm whether the Big and Large names refer to the same machine in the current build. Neoseeker lists a Big Brewing Cask, while the recipe database lists a Large Brewing Cask with the same materials. The published guide puts the upgrade under Large-Scale Fermentation.
What Can You Brew?
| Input | Output | Recorded time (in-game hours) |
|---|---|---|
| Hop | Beer | 120 |
| Grape | Grape Wine | 168 |
| Agave | Agave Wine | 336 |
| Eden Fruit | Eden Fruit Wine | 120 |
| Rice | Rice Wine | 120 |
Blueberries do not brew. Players assumed they would, and the Steam community plus the recipe database agree that only Hops, grapes, agave and rice go into the cask.
Ferment times above are game-hours recorded in the published guide. The conversion to real time and the in-game length of one day were not confirmed in the research, so treat these numbers as guide records that may change with patches.
Aging Rack and Aged Drinks
| Aging Rack input | Output | Recorded time (in-game hours) |
|---|---|---|
| Beer | Aged Beer | 240 |
| Grape Wine | Aged Wine | 336 |
| Rice Wine | Aged Rice Wine | 240 |
| Eden Fruit Wine | Aged Eden Fruit Wine | 240 |
| Agave Wine | Aged Agave Wine | 672 |
The Aging Rack itself is built at the Equipment Workbench from 50 Wood, 10 Rockwood and 1 Metal Frame, and unlocks at Cellar I (Life tree, 4 Tool Operation + 1 Field Study). Aged drinks use the matching base beverage as the input.
Big / Large Brewing Cask
Sources use two names for the upgraded cask: Big Brewing Cask and Large Brewing Cask. The materials and unlock node are consistent, but the research cannot confirm that both names are the same machine in the 1.00.02 UI. Until the in-game name is verified, treat Big / Large Brewing Cask as one upgrade tier with an unresolved label, and check the in-game UI before updating old guides.
FAQ
- What can go in the Brewing Cask? Hop, Grape, Agave, Eden Fruit and Rice — each gives its own beverage.
- Can you brew blueberries? No. Community reports and the recipe database list only the five crops above.

Updated for version 1.00.02 (full release, August 2026). Ferment and aging times are guide records in in-game hours; real-time conversion and the final UI naming for the upgraded cask remain unconfirmed.
